Ducko's wife banned him from leaving the house yesterday after he (likely) concussed himself during his home gym workout.
She knew he was in trouble when he admitted to trying to start his car with the garage key and forgetting to wear shoes over his socks...
It only got worse from there though, Ducko telling us that he also ended up cutting himself with a knife!
